Registration for SUMiT 2012 is now closed.

If you did receive a spot confirmation, please be sure to send in the registration packet and pay the registration fee within 3 business days after you received the registration packet. You can pay the registration fee either by sending a check for $50 along with your registration packet or using the Google Checkout button below. Please mail your registration materials to:

If you fail to submit your registration packet and registration fee by the deadline, we will offer your spot to the next person on the wait list.
